Did you know Women of Email is a 501(c)3 non-profit association? It's true!
Since our 2016 inception, WoE's co-founders have funded 100% of the association's total operating expenses, averaging about $10k per year. When our membership reached 2,000 this year, our association management fees tripled. A generous one-time donation by Really Good Emails helped us offset this cost for three months.
With the help of amazing volunteers and industry advocates, we've managed some fantastic achievements on our shoestring budget! So far, we've connected 50 women with need-based scholarship passes to industry conferences, matched 60+ women with speaking opportunities (including many first-timers), organized dozens of meetups in five countries, brought greater transparency to competitive compensation to help close the wage gap, and curated one of the most supportive and active communities in email marketing history.
Your founders are committed to keeping Women of Email dues-free. This means our community and resources are readily available to those who need them the most: the women who can afford them the least.
That's why we're looking to you to help us take our association to the next level in 2019. We have big goals for the coming year, including hiring our very first staff member! But these ambitions do not come without cost.

We invite you to select a recurring or one-time gift that is aligned with the value you have received from our association. Keep in mind that membership dues on average account for 45% of an association's revenue, and similar organizations charge $250 - $1000 annually.
A donation of any size is appreciated, but if a donation is simply impossible at this time, please consider giving back as a volunteer. Opportunities to support our org are posted several times per year.
